Payment Methods and Policies

Green Supply offers several different payment methods to fit your business' needs.

Fax-A-Check

The fax-a-check fee is $2.00 per order. Allow at least 3 business days for your order to be shipped. Fax a check must be faxed in on the completed fax-a-check form provided by Green Supply with an authorized signature.

Personal or Company Check

Personal or company Checks are welcomed and receive the 3% cash discount price. Merchandise however cannot be held on an order until your check is received. From the day that Green Supply receives your order, they will be held no shorter than two but no longer than 4 weeks before your order can ship out. Prior approval is required for this pay methods. Call in orders only.

Money Order

Money orders also receive the 3% cash discount and avoid the holding period of personal checks.

ACH--Automatic Checking

Dealers are also given the option of paying by automated checking. This is our most popular payment method, as it still receives the 3% cash discount. In order to set up an ACH account with Green Supply, please go to the Green Supply Home page and scroll down to the bottom. Click on the link, ACH and Credit Apps. Complete the paperwork in the Word document titled Automatic Checking Withdraw, and then fax it along with a voided check to 573-594-2211.

When you place your first ACH order you have two options. You can call in your order and ask that it be placed as your 1st ACH order. Your second option for your first ACH order is placing the order only selecting Check or Money order as a payment method and then e-mailing your sales rep or weborders@greensupply.com with your order number and a request to make that order your first ACH order.

Your first ACH order will be held for 3 business days before it can ship. After your first order and the 3 day waiting period your customer profile will change to ACH and you will have that option during your checkout process online. Insufficient funds will incur a $30.00 charge.

Credit Card

Credit Cards can be used to place orders online or over the phone. Credit cards do not receive the 3% cash discount, and using a credit card during the ordering process online eliminates your ability to order items on backorder. Green Supply accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Credit cards will be authorized at the time of purchase, but will not be charged until the item ships. Green Supply does not accept PayPal, but will accept a PayPal debit card number. Debit cards will be treated as credit cards.

COD

Cost on Delivery is a payment method that cannot be used when placing a dropship order. If you choose to use COD, only certified funds will be accepted. The UPS COD fee is $9.00. The fee as well as the cost of the merchandise and shipping is due at the time of delivery.
