Our new account setup department requires a hard copy (faxed or mailed) of these certificates for verification/processing.

If your state does not have a sales tax, then we require a copy of your sellers permit.

You must send a copy of the original documents. Applications for these permits will not be accepted.

Please include a cover sheet when applying by fax or mail.

Once the first two steps have been completed, notification of your approval will be send via email.  Please allow 3-5 days for approval. 

Once you have access to our online store you can check stock, gather pictures and descriptions, and place drop ship orders online. All you need to do is put name and address as the billing address and your customers' name and address in the ship to address.

While you are waiting you can view our retail demo cart.  You can't order from it, but you can see what products we have to offer.

All orders are subject to a $1.50 (Boxes, Material, and Handling) + Insurance  in addition to the freight cost. Actual freight will be charged.
